Every swimmer taking part in Swim Serpentine has their own unique story and this is your chance to tell us yours and explain why you are taking on the challenge.
Your story may feature on our website or social media channels, and it may also be added to the database of stories that are made available to the media if you’re taking on the challenge to support a charity. Please do provide as much information as possible!
